CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS!
Festival Mozaic relies on more than 60 volunteers each year to keep operations running smoothly. We are always seeking new volunteers to join our team.
Volunteers are needed for our upcoming summer festival, which will take place July 19-30, 2017.
All Volunteers (new AND returning) are required to attend 1 of 2 Volunteer Orientation Sessions that take place in the summer. Training will include an overview of the season, programming, and venues as well as detailed information about each volunteer job and security/emergency procedures. Volunteer Orientation sessions for the 2017 summer festival will take place on:
Sunday, July 2, 2017 at 2:00 - 3:00 pm
Clark Center for the Performing Arts
Monday, July 10, 2017 at 5:00 - 6:00 pm
KCBX Training Room
If you are interested in becoming a new volunteer in the fall, winter, or spring, please contact us about the training you may need.
Volunteer Opportunities at Festival Mozaic include:
Ushers & Ticket Scanners
Concessions & Merchandise Sellers
Parking Lot Attendants
Special Events (wine pouring, table setting, etc.)
Most volunteer shifts are approximately 4 hours long - you will arrive 1 hour before the event starts and will be released approximately 30 minutes after the event is over. Some volunteer shifts will be longer or shorter, depending on the type of event.
You can find answers to many questions in our 2016 Volunteer Handbook, which can be viewed by clicking the link below.
