Geraldine Rotella

Geraldine Rotella, Principal
Geraldine Rotella is Principal Flutist for the Los Angeles Master Chorale Sinfonia, Assistant Principal/Piccolo for the Pasadena Symphony and co-acting interim first flutist of the Pacific Symphony. Geri has been John Williams’ piccolo player since the recording of Hook in 1990. She has also recorded with Jerry Goldsmith, John Barry, Elmer Bernstein, Yo-Yo Ma, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Andrea Bocelli and Barbra Streisand. Geri has served on the music faculties of California State University at Northridge and Pepperdine University in Malibu.

Lisa Edelstein

Lisa Edelstein
Lisa Edelstein performs with the Pasadena Symphony, Long Beach Symphony and Los Angeles Master Chorale, as well as with many chamber music ensembles. She studied at Cal State Northridge, and her teachers include Jean-Pierre Rampal and James Galway. Lisa is currently a Hudson Fellow at the California Institute of Technology, where she teaches chamber music.

Anne-Marie Gabriele

Anne-Marie Gabriele, Principal
Anne-Marie Gabriele is a member of the Los Angeles Philharmonic. She previously served as second oboist of the Columbus and Honolulu Symphonies. She received her BM and MM from Juilliard, studying with John Ferrillo and Elaine Douvas. While at Juilliard, she performed at the Kennedy Center Honors to William Schuman, and recorded several 20th-century works for New World Records. Gabriele has participated in the Aspen, Kent/Blossom, and Waterloo festivals, as well as the National Orchestra Institute and the Breckenridge Music Festival.

Emily Brebach
Emily Brebach
Emily Brebach is the Principal Oboist of the Sarasota Opera. Emily has performed with the Houston Symphony, the Houston Ballet Orchestra, the Des Moines Metro Opera, the Sarasota Orchestra, and the New World Symphony. She has appeared in solo and chamber music recitals in Merkin Hall, Reinberger Hall, and at the Kennedy Center. Her festival appearances include Spoleto USA, Tanglewood and Aspen. She received her undergraduate degree from Oberlin and her master’s degree from Rice University.
